Job Description

IDECO GLOBAL is seeking a reliable and motivated Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across the United States while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.

This position requires frequent travel and flexibility, as drivers must be willing to accept and complete loads throughout 48 states.

Responsibilities

* Safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
* Transport and deliver freight according to assigned schedules.
* Accept and complete loads throughout the United States.
* Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures.
* Use GPS navigation systems and electronic tracking devices.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
* Ensure cargo is handled securely and delivered on time.

Qualifications

Required

* Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
* Flexible schedule and availability for extended travel.
* Willingness to travel frequently and accept loads in all 48 contiguous states.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Ability to use GPS systems, smartphones, and tracking devices.
* Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
* Authorization to work in the United States.
* Non-U.S. citizens must possess a valid work permit or employment authorization.

Preferred

* Previous box truck driving experience.
* CDL experience is a plus (CDL not required).
* Experience with long-distance freight transportation.
* Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge.
