Showroom Assistant

The position is for a full time (40‑45 hours per week) Scheduling & Customer Service Professional at our Pooler location. You will schedule both installations and consultations for our customers as well as assist customers with their window covering needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Scheduling experience is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling Installations and Consultations Answering customer phone calls Consult with customers in the showroom by providing product knowledge Follow up with online lead inquiries Review order confirmations for accuracy Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes Ensure showroom is neat and organized Skills and abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude Professional appearance Time-Management/Multi-task skills Self‑starter and takes initiative Excellent customer service and communication skills Creative problem solverWork in a team environment Fluent in English Requirements: Previous Scheduling experience Customer Service 2 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office 1 year (Required) Associates Degree or higher (Preferred) Position starting at $20 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Budget Blinds
