HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Dams, Levees, Civil Works Project Manager to lead multi‑discipline efforts in our Texas Water Business Group. You will plan, design, construct, and manage large projects with complex technical requirements. The role emphasizes staff coordination, budgeting, client relations, and QA/QC oversight.
