What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be an essential part of the healthcare team, working behind the scenes to support patient care. You'll collect, process, and analyze biological samples like blood, urine, and tissue. You'll operate and maintain the latest lab equipment to ensure the accuracy of your results, which will directly assist in diagnosing and treating patients.

In addition to performing routine tests, you'll be responsible for documenting and reporting findings clearly and accurately, while maintaining compliance with all regulations. You'll also be working to ensure that the lab environment remains safe, organized, and in line with quality standards.

What We're Looking For: To qualify, we're looking for someone with an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're a recent graduate or near the end of your MLT program, we'd love to talk with you! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or similar organizations is preferred, but if you're still working on it, no worries - we can support you through that process.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency for lab reporting and data entry are important as well.
