Dietary Manager

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead dining services in our assisted living and memory care community. You will plan and oversee nutritious, resident-centered menus, ensuring meals support health, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include supervising dietary staff, managing food production, inventory, and budgets, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll collaborate closely with care teams on dietary needs, foster a warm, home-like dining experience, and support a resident-first, family-oriented culture focused on respect, compassion, and teamwork.
