Senior Business Systems Analyst

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Responsibilities Be responsible for working with business and come up with the business requirements. Generate the functional and technical design documents. Implement the Subscription and Billing capabilities. Perform custom extensions in different capabilities in configuring the payment gateways, product catalogs, rate plan charges and managing revenue recognition rules. Provide support from an IT perspective for ME/QE close activities and end-to-end reconciliation processes. What we're looking for Requires a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing Zuora to manage customer subscriptions, recurring revenue models, billing and invoicing; utilizing Oracle Fusion; Utilizing Java to design and maintain dashboards implementing checks and balances across various processes to ensure account accuracy; Utilizing Java to design and maintain a data reconciliation framework to ensure that key business attributes, such as MRR and Bill to contact, remain consistent across different systems; Utilizing Oracle SQL for data analysis across various use cases, particularly analyzing subscriptions and cost impacts; and Utilizing production monitoring and detection to ensure that bill runs, invoices, and workflows are functioning as expected. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel. Salary Range or On Target Earnings Minimum: $238,250.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
