Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including hybrid Agile methodologies.
• Must be local to Des Moines, IA (or willing to relocate) and available to work on-site as needed.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale, multi-project environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting state government or Health & Human Services projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
