Brokerage Assistant for AI Content Evaluation

Brokerage assistants and operations professionals can apply their experience with client, transaction, and deal-support workflows to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and real-world relevance. Key Responsibilities

• Create job-related questions based on brokerage support experience.
• Review AI-generated responses and provide feedback on brokerage terminology, workflows, and day-to-day operational practices.
• Use professional judgment and discretion when assessing content related to sensitive or proprietary information.

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Brokerage Assistant or in a closely related brokerage support or operations role.
• Experience supporting brokers or advisors with client workflows, documentation, transaction coordination, or operational processes.
• Background as a Brokerage Coordinator, Sales Assistant, Client Service Associate, Administrative or Operations Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or Deal Support Specialist is relevant.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently from written guidelines.
• No previous AI or technical experience is required.

• Part-time, independent contractor engagement, not a full-time employee role.
• Fully remote, with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer required.
• Flexible, asynchronous schedule with no minimum-hour requirement. Contributors commonly work about 5 to 20 hours per week while assigned to an active project.
• Apply once to be considered for relevant project-based assignments. Projects open periodically throughout the year across areas of expertise, and placement depends on current project needs. Qualified applicants may also be considered for future projects.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official.
• If your school requires a CPT course, this engagement may not meet your school’s requirements.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
