Part-Time | 6–12 Hours per Week

move-STL a holistic program that integrates functional movement, strength training, and mobility exercises so you move through life with ease and vitality while minimizing pain and fatigue.

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Pilates/Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer who enjoys working with clients in a smaller, highly supportive studio environment. Our training combines functional strength, movement and Pilates-inspired programming, with an emphasis on proper form, individual attention and long-term results.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in group fitness and/or personal training
• Nationally recognized fitness certification required — NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent
• Experience coaching clients with different fitness levels and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide modifications and individual coaching within a group setting
• Positive, professional and encouraging coaching style
• Dependable and comfortable working as part of a small studio team
• Interest in functional strength, mobility and healthy aging
• Strong working knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics is a plus
• Pilates Mat and Pilates Springboard experience is a plus

Position & Compensation

6–12 hours per week

Group Fitness Instructor Pay: $30–$45 per hour , depending on experience, certifications and responsibilities.

Additional compensation opportunities are available for private and semi-private training , with higher earning potential based on session type and client volume.

Opportunities may include group training, private training and semi-private training, with morning, daytime, evening and weekend hours available as the studio grows.
