Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent acute care experience, including some experience in stepdown for night shift

License: Valid Registered Nurse license

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Must-Have:
- Recent successful travel contract
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units
- Proficiency in reading telemetry strips and passing an on-site exam
- Experience managing titratable IV drips, including nitroglycerin, amiodarone, and diltiazem infusions
- EPIC experience preferred

Description:
This position requires working 12-hour night shifts.

The schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.

A maximum of three days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed.

Candidates must be adaptable to five different MedSurg/Tele units.

The role involves independently reading telemetry strips.

A passing score of 84% or better on an on-site exam on Day 1 is required.

IMCU or step-down experience is necessary, especially for managing titratable IV drips.

Strong preference is given to candidates with prior float experience.

Average patient ratio in the units is 5:1.
