Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for key components of the  Xsolla platform .
• Architect and evolve  microservices-based systems to support large-scale, high-performance operations.
• Implement and optimize  database structures and queries for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure high  availability, performance, and fault tolerance across distributed services.
• Lead efforts to improve  CI/CD pipelines , deployment processes, and system observability.
• Conduct  code reviews , mentor team members, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, testing, and proactive system monitoring.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

• 3+ years of professional experience in in  backend development (with  Go ).
• Proven experience in  designing and maintaining microservices architectures .
• Strong background in  SQL and NoSQL databases , with hands-on experience in  query optimization .
• In-depth knowledge of  RESTful APIs ,  event-driven systems , and  asynchronous communication patterns .
• Practical experience with  Docker ,  Kubernetes , and  CI/CD automation .
• Solid understanding of  software design principles ,  OOP , and  clean architecture .
• Familiarity with  testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, or similar) and  monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience working in  Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation.

• Experience with  Go frameworks such as  Gin ,  Echo , or  Fiber .
• Familiarity with  GraphQL or  gRPC .
• Background in  distributed systems ,  caching layers , or  message queues (e.g.,  Kafka ,  RabbitMQ ).
• Exposure to  gaming ,  fintech , or  digital asset platforms.
