National Account Manager Retail

A growing consumer products manufacturer is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive business growth through existing customer relationships, new business development, and exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary liaison between retail customers and internal teams while supporting product launches, account growth, and strategic business initiatives.

• Partner with internal teams to support successful product launches and customer initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging retail opportunities.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to identify new products, trends, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate across sales, operations, product development, and project management teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving.
