This role provides leadership across clinic, procedure suite, and surgery center operations while managing staff, finances, compliance, performance improvement, and overall facility efficiency. Key Responsibilities Direct daily administrative and operational activities of the facility. Lead operations meetings and collaborate with the Governing Board, Medical Director, medical staff, and department leaders. Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, productivity, and disciplinary actions. Monitor facility finances, staffing levels, and operational performance to support efficiency and business objectives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and applicable standards. Coordinate with government agencies, insurance companies, and other external partners as needed. Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and address compliance or operational concerns. Maintain a clean, professional, well-maintained facility that promotes patient and physician confidence. Ensure personnel files, training records, and required documentation remain complete and compliant. Support development and revision of medical staff policies, bylaws, and rules and regulations. Complete required annual training and perform other duties as assigned.
