Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing professional customer service. Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records. Upload, scan, index, and organize digital documents within company systems. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail. Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and internal team members. Support daily office operations and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office clerk, customer service, claims support, or data entry role preferred. Experience handling phone communications and office correspondence is a plus. Ability to accurately enter, organize, and maintain electronic records. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Ability to perform light office tasks such as sorting and distributing mail. No lifting requirements associated with this position.
