* Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluation

* Maintain engagement with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires from your leads

Your Earnings Structure
