Hospital Unit Secretary & Medical Records Clerk
Capital Health (US)
Capital Health is seeking a dedicated records clerk to transcribe physicians' orders accurately and maintain patient charts in accordance with Medical Records guidelines. You will handle lab results, chart preparation, and the orderly organization of documentation to support seamless patient care.
Ideal candidates have high school education, a year of clerical experience in healthcare, and knowledge of medical terminology.
