They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.Position Type:Part-timeFull-timeOur Benefits Include:A fun work environment where you can positively influence othersFlexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant LeadersIntentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goalsScholarship opportunitiesMeal discounts while workingReferral bonusBack of House Team Member Responsibilities:Prompt arrival at 5:30am daily to ensure that the kitchen is set up on time for our 6:30am opening time.Prepare, cook, assemble, and practice food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standardsBe knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prepSetting up each area of the kitchen (including raw chicken areas)Know and understand safe food handling and the risks of cross-contaminationStock kitchen inventory as neededKeep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all timesKeep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-AWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to LeadershipOperate, clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including but not limited to pressurized and open fryersMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesComplete all opening tasks as assignedAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older due to equipment age restrictionsConsistent and reliableCheerful and positive attitudeCustomer service orientedStrong interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedAble to multi-taskWorks well independently and in a team environmentBe willing and able to work a flexible scheduleHave the ability to lift and carry 15-60 lbs on a regular basisHave the ability to stand for long periods of timeMost Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
