PMO Analyst (Aerospace, Data Analytics, SAP, Accolade)

Position Overview The Aerospace PMO Analyst supports all project and program managers within the Pall Aerospace business unit by providing project financial management, tracking, reporting, data analytics, and governance support. The role is located in New Port Richey, Florida and requires on‑site presence. This position is an integral part of the Aerospace Strategic Programs team and reports to the Director of Strategic Programs. Responsibilities Support product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance. Own the standard work for critical project tools, including their use, analysis and continuous improvement. Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects. Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management. Lead lower‑risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace or a related field. Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases). Prince 2 or PMP project management certification with particular knowledge of Earned Value Management. Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools. Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management skills. Travel & Employment Requirements Approximately 10% travel, including overnight stays worldwide. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected person status or U.S. Government export authorization. The role requires access to export‑controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software and services.
