Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Insight Space Psychotherapy Collective, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, to ensure personalized care aligned with each patient's preferences and treatment goals.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and our organization’s standards for patient confidentiality and care.

• Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to create comprehensive care strategies that address both mental and physical health aspects.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and provide feedback that supports professional growth.

• Offering education and resources to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and the treatment options available, as well as connecting them with community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals in various stages of detoxification who may also be experiencing complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
