Job Responsibilities Craft Custom Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living abilities. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and well-rounded care. Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods to support continued improvement at home. Track and Assess Progress: Continually monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. Education Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and fully supported. Licensure Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
