Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionThe job requires at least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in project execution. They should have experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams. They should have experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. The candidate should have at least 7 years of in-depth experience in Automation testing.They should define and document test cases based on user stories. The candidate should have hands on experience of test automation tools and frameworks such as QTP, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, etc. They should have hands on experience with SQL and Unix along with shell/perl/python scripting. The candidate should have knowledge of FIX Protocol.The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking - Cash Equity projects. They should assist/mentor team members in automated test development and work with automation engineers to design frameworks and automation solutions. The candidate should support and mentor onsite-offshore team members. They should have experience with source control, build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, TeamCity.The candidate should have thorough knowledge in white box test techniques and strong in code coverage concepts & implementation. They should have experience of producing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting. The candidate should have working experience in test data management tools - Quality Center, ALM, Jira. They should effectively interact with interfacing organizations and work together as a team to deliver projects on time.The candidate should work efficiently and demonstrate a high level of energy. They should have preferable experience in building custom test automation frameworks and automation scripts for BVT, FVT and regression testing solutions for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process. The candidate should have analytical skills and experience in software source control systems. Knowledge of CI tools will be a plus. Experience in Agile teams is preferred. Knowledge on Performance Testing tools like Loadrunner (LR) is also a plus.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
