SUMMARY

Assists the Office Manager and Corporate Controller by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

(Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Process all in state and out of state title work utilizing DRL/DLR50, self-service and full service
• Confirms amount to be issued to out of state counties for out of state title work
• Customer refunds
• Obtain missing or corrected documents from finance and/or customers
• Post DLR/DLR50 transactions
• Reassign titles received on trades
• Check all title with electronic liens to see if they have been released if not request release
• Apply for duplicate titles when needed
• Post fee’s
• File title’s accordingly
• Process wholesales
• Process purchases
• Post deals
• Dealer Trades
• Create deal jackets
• Clearing/cleaning schedules
• Filing
• Balancing credit card and cash deposits
• Processing of accounts payable and receivables
• Post Parts Invoices
• Floor plan payoffs/curtailment payoffs
• Flooring request
• Reconcile parts statement
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintains a professional appearance and keeps work area neat and clean.
• Be considerate and respectful to other employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
