About the Role:

As a Weekend Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Sun City, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and companionship to our clients in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on weekends to ensure that our clients receive the support and attention they need to thrive. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, while also building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (family caregiving counts!)

• CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance provided if needed)

• Article 9 certification

• Fingerprint clearance card, background check, and drug screening

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management

• Engage in activities that promote our clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with family members and healthcare providers

• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized care plans for each client

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort
