Registered Nurse - Telemetry/Cardiology Step Down
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 19:00 – 07:30, working 3 × 11.5 hr shifts per week.
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a 25-bed telemetry unit specializing in cardiology step-down care. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Float to all telemetry and medicine units as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- Valid RN license.
