Our organization has locations throughout Northern and Central California – including 14 dealerships and 3 commercial fleet service centers. Summary

Assists the sales department with maintaining a clean sales lot and provides assistance with making sure proper postings are on retail sale units.

No experience needed! We will train!

Pay Scale: Base hourly compensation of between $16.50 - $20

Duties include but not limited to:

Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.

Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.

Keeps a timely shuttle route.

Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.

Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.

Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.

Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance.

Maintains a professional appearance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Other tasks as assigned.

Expectations:

Customer service experience

Valid driver's license

Positive attitude and demeanor

Strong listening and verbal communication skills

Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
