About the role: Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL We are looking for an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are a, to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. You excel with collaborating across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. You will report to the onsite manager. Key Responsibilities: Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams Advanced proficiency in System implementations Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations) Advanced proficiency in Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis) Advanced proficiency in JIRA (task and defect management) Advanced proficiency in Concise presentations Advanced proficiency in Entry/exit ORT criteria Advanced proficiency in Milestone-based deliverables Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
