We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing Framingham, MA clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while treating a diverse patient population and developing specialized skills in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and neurologic rehabilitation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $95,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient care for orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, and geriatric patients.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and advanced rehabilitation technology.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt EMR.
• Participate in community outreach events, screenings, and educational programs.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Monday through Friday
• No Weekends
• Approximately 12 patients per day
• 40-minute treatment blocks
• Majority one-on-one patient care

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
