This role focuses on guiding individuals through key stages of their financial lives by delivering personalized planning, advice, and ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their goals, build trust, and translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies. The position plays a pivotal role in helping clients gain confidence in their financial decisions while supporting long-term wealth-building and portfolio growth. Operating primarily through phone and virtual channels, you will engage clients in meaningful conversations that shape their investment journeys. Accountabilities

You will deliver financial planning support and relationship management services to help clients define and achieve their financial goals, including:

  • Evaluating clients’ life stages and financial objectives to recommend suitable investment strategies, products, and planning solutions.
  • Educating clients on financial planning principles and clearly articulating the value of advisory services and investment approaches.
  • Converting prospects into long-term clients by building trust, securing commitments, and supporting onboarding and account setup processes.
  • Opening and managing client accounts, facilitating fund transfers, and ensuring accurate and timely administrative execution.
  • Conducting regular client reviews to assess whether financial strategies remain aligned with evolving goals and adjusting plans when necessary.
  • Maintaining efficient client interaction schedules while ensuring timely follow-ups and effective use of non-client time.
  • Coordinating with internal support teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and accurate account servicing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related client advisory roles.
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required; CFP or CRPC certification strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field required.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to demonstrate empathy, build trust, and manage sensitive financial conversations.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible way for diverse client audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage objections, de-escalate concerns, and guide clients toward confident decision-making.
  • Experience in financial planning education programs or client coaching frameworks is a plus.
