Project Manager – ArchitectureIf you're an experienced architect or AEC professional who enjoys leading complex projects, building strong client relationships, and bringing multidisciplinary teams together, this could be your next step.Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager – Architecture to lead projects from kickoff through completion. This role is focused on project leadership, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and successful project delivery, with less emphasis on day-to-day design production.What You'll DoLead Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables throughout all phases of a project.Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and help develop long-term partnerships.Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Bring together architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving forward.Manage Project Performance: Monitor budgets, schedules, and overall project performance while addressing challenges and keeping teams aligned.Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to project teams while helping ensure projects meet client expectations and T&L's standards.What You'll Bring8–10+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Registered Architect (RA), PMP, LEED AP, or other industry-recognized credentials are a plus.Why Thompson & Litton?Thompson & Litton is a 100% employee-owned, multidisciplinary firm providing architecture, engineering, surveying, and construction services throughout Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
