Requirements Various Shift-Times: 6p-6a 7 days a week 6a-6p Sat and Sun 10p-8a 7 days a week Call is in house. MD/DO will remain in house all the time call room provided. Volume is 1900 del per year 3-4 per day Team: FP residents OB GYN residents medical students Back up/consults to CNMs and FP who do OB GYN MFM available 24/7 consultative GYN ONC available 24/7 consultative NICU on site We are a regional transfer center for rural hospitals We are a regional trauma center Cases: full OB GYN privileging Schedule: 7 days per week most days are open between July – December 2026 sub with availability preferably at least 7 day stretches at a time. Clinical volume: 3-5 deliveries per day approx. 5 GYN emergencies per week Support: dedicated CNM on shift for assistance OB/GYN physician on call 24/7 Practice environment: Team based collegial setting with strong nursing and ancillary support Certifications: Board Certified or board eligible within 2 years BLS ACLS NRP. DEA REQUIRED Experience: would highly prefer 3 years’ experience but will consider those with 1-2 Case Types: High-Risk Obstetrics Preeclampsia Gestational Diabetes Preterm Labor Fetal Anomalies Postpartum Care Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Family Planning / Contraceptive Counseling Procedures: C-Sections Vaginal Deliveries IUD Insertion/Removal Pap Smears Ultrasound OB GYN Licensure: IMLC accepted Travel: airfare rental lodging Rates: Regular: 292.50 – 325/hour bill rate cannot exceed 1.3x the pay rate OT: 1.3x regular rate bill rate cannot exceed 1.3x the pay rate Holiday: - 1.3x normal rate – [New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day [11:00pm the night before the holiday to 11:00p the night of the holiday} Shift Info: Night 5x8-Hour 18:00 - 06:00
