Electrical Assembly Technician

Assembly & Integration
- Independently assemble large capital equipment, including frames, enclosures, subassemblies, and mechanical systems
- Install and route electrical wiring, cables, and harnesses per schematics and routing diagrams
- Mount and wire electrical components including motors, sensors, actuators, power supplies, VFDs/servo drives, and PLC I/O
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and lifting aids
Documentation & Process Adherence
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of material (BOMs)
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and job travelers with minimal supervision
- Identify documentation gaps and escalate issues to engineering or supervision
