Otolaryngology Physician

Job Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the ENT division
Perform advanced and minimally invasive surgical procedures
Maintain active outpatient clinic and surgical schedule
Oversee clinical quality and operational excellence
Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
Collaborate across specialties for integrated patient care
Participate in shared 1:4 call rotation

Qualifications

Board-Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
Active DEA certification
BLS and ACLS certification
Demonstrated clinical experience beyond training
Prior leadership or program development experience preferred
