Hartford Healthcare is seeking an RN Colleague Health professional to support the health and wellness of our employees across our network of hospitals and care facilities. In this role, you will conduct health assessments, manage immunization and screening programs, coordinate workplace injury follow-up, and provide health education and counseling.
