Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure patient safety and quality care standards are met

Requirements Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in hand Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS required prior to start date One recent manager, supervisor, director, ANM, or Charge RN reference required
