Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient rehabilitation patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals.

Assess patients' mobility, strength, balance, functional ability, and rehabilitation needs.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and activities of daily living.

Monitor and document patient progress accurately in Epic.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued care.

Maintain compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, and patient safety requirements.

Provide care for a diverse inpatient population, including patients who may require COVID-related precautions.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.

Current Pennsylvania PT license or eligibility through a compact license.

Epic experience required.

Current professional credentials as required by the facility.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
