Director of Civil Dialogue & Belonging Initiatives

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse seeks a Director for the Center for Civil Dialogue and Civic Engagement (CDCE) to provide strategic leadership and advance campus-wide initiatives that foster belonging, civil dialogue, and inclusive excellence.
The Director will oversee CDCE operations, supervise staff, manage the budget, and collaborate with campus partners to promote free expression and civil rights.
