• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate families on care plans, medications, and follow-up

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active  RN or LPN license (state-specific)

• Experience in pediatrics preferred (but open to strong new grads)

• Strong communication and bedside manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced or home-care environment

• Passion for working with children and families
