- # Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform DeveloperApplylocations: US - VA, McLeantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 40755**Job Family:**SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 25%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems.* Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.* Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.* Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.* Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.* Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.* Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.* Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.* Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.* Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.* Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.* Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.* Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.* Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.**What You Will Need:*** US Citizenship is required for this role.* Requires a University Degree.* Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.* Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).* Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment.* Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.* Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.* Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.* Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "PUBLIC TRUST".
