Front Desk Associate at Coopertown The Original Airboat Tour! We are looking for a reliable, organized, professional and customer focused front desk representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional attitude Managing reservations and providing information about our tours and services. Handling cash transactions and operating basic computer systems. Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area. Multitasking in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Ensuring excellent customer service while addressing guest inquiries or concerns. For this role, you should bring: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility. Comfort working outdoors and adapting to changing weather conditions. Basic computer proficiency and cash-handling experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
