Shift: Day Shift - 10 Hours
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem
License/Certs: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS Certification
Experience: 2+ years, with robotics and laparoscopic experience preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
- Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room, leveraging robotics and laparoscopic skills
- Assess patients pre- and post-operation, ensuring safe and effective care
- Collaborate effectively within the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized OR environment
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Experience working with robotics and laparoscopic procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
Preferred:
- Additional certifications or specialized training in surgical or perioperative nursing
- Leadership experience or ability to supervise and manage team members
