ER Charge Nurse - Critical Care & Care Coordination

Job Summary Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to Job Summary Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. Requirements Education and Work Experience: Graduate from an approved nursing program: (Certificate, ADN, BSN) Critical Care experience: 1 year Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Unrestricted Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) NIHSS Stroke Certificate Malpractice Insurance Essential Functions Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
