EPC Logistics Coordinator

Our client, an industry leader in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EPC Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the project operations team supporting logistics and materials management efforts to support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: EPC Logistics Coordinator Location: Baytown, TX Pay Rate: $33/hr Contract : 12 Months, potential to extend What's the Job? Manage the EPC’s Logistics and Materials Management process on-site to ensure smooth execution. Serve as the primary interface between the Logistics team, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) to coordinate logistics activities. Support the development and monitoring of logistics KPIs, progress reporting, and materials management requirements. Coordinate with logistics contractors and vendors worldwide to qualify, approve, and evaluate their capabilities. Ensure timely issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs), verifying delivery documentation and compliance with project schedules. What's Needed? 5 years of experience in logistics planning, execution, construction, safety, and procurement. BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, proportions, and volumes. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites as needed. Strong understanding of logistics contractors’ capabilities and local/national environmental and regulatory requirements. What's in it for me?
