Requirements • Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor • Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation required • Ability to travel within the Dry Ridge, KY • Ability to pass background screening and drug screening • Hands on CPR
Responsibilities • Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Provide companionship and emotional support • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment • Assist with meal preparation and basic nutrition • Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team
