Food Services Coordinator

Safety Harbor: Mease Countryside | Support Services | Full Time Description BayCare is currently in search of our newestTeamMember who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our patients, team members, and families by joining our food services team. Responsibilities Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution, and service to patients, cafeteria, catering, and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and take corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching, and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training, and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned. Specific Skills Interpersonal skills Written and verbal communication skills Computer skills appropriate to position Customer service skills Certifications and Licensures Requires ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certificate within 1 year of hire Education HS Diploma or GED (required) Experience Required - 1 year experience in Coordinator role 1 year experience in Food Services required Facility BayCare Health System, Food And Nutrition Services-MCH Location: Mease Countryside Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: Varies Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
