POSITION: Customer Service Representative LOCATION: Toms River, on-site initially and hybrid once fully trained SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Pay Rate: $20/hour PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Handle customer orders and inquiries via phone and email Open new accounts and keep customer information up to date in our system (IQMS) Provide rate quotes and pricing information Resolve customer complaints, billing questions, shipping discrepancies, and RMAs with professionalism and care Partner with Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping, Quality Control, Lab, and Engineering to keep orders moving smoothly Coordinate foreign sales and services, including export documentation, NAFTA paperwork, and Country of Origin certificates Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and distributors Flag product complaints to your supervisor right away so we can act fast Location Toms River, NJ Requirements WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma required 1+ years of relevant experience Comfortable with computers and standard office systems Excellent listening, verbal, and phone communication skills Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance Sound judgment and the ability to problem-solve in standardized situations Ability to read and follow written procedures, safety rules, and instructions PennEngineering is committed to Diversity, Equity and Belonging, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
