Proactively identify opportunities for Barry University and its schools/colleges/programs and ensure accuracy and relevance of information. Develop, in collaboration with program directors, faculty, and university departments, online and offline content for recruitment, enrollment, and strategic relationship outreach. Assist the leadership team with creating content that meets university brand and marketing standards. Identify new prospective student segments and propose innovative communication approaches that highlight schools, colleges, and programs. Adhere to Barry brand guidelines and manage content across channels, including updates to college search profiles and monitoring of automated journeys. Nurture relationships and provide leadership and development to individuals in each program on best practices in marketing, recruitment, outreach, and communications. Plan and hold meetings with program faculty/staff, admissions staff, and other university departments to enhance recruitment and outreach activities and develop strategic relationships. Proactively monitor, prioritize, and manage projects in the project management platform. Determine and benchmark metrics for assessing improvements in recruitment, communication, and outreach outcomes for assigned clients. Collect and analyze data reflecting the effectiveness of recruitment, communication, and outreach initiatives, and recommend revisions to existing plans and practices based on data.
