The HHA is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The HHA will be assigned by a Registered Nurse in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.Qualifications:1. Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts (preferred) Home Health Aide certificate accepted2. At least 18 years of age3. Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given4. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision5. Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired6. Possess and maintains current CPR certification7. Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene8.
