Director of Admissions

The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in exceeding enrollment and revenue targets by driving professional referrals, conducting community outreach, and event planning. This position requires proficiency in consultative sales strategies. Central to the role is delivering high-quality service to families and professionals, ensuring a positive experience and fostering lasting engagement with Fusion Academy. What You'll Do Drive enrollment growth through professional referrals, community outreach, and consultative engagement with families and professionals. Build and maintain strategic community partnerships and referral networks to expand awareness and generate leads. Plan and execute campus and community events that strengthen relationships and support enrollment goals. Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment, and sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools to track performance and forecast results. Partner with marketing, campus leadership, and regional teams to align outreach efforts, solve challenges, and support school initiatives. Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and improve results. Foster a personalized, premium experience for students, families, staff, and professional partners while connecting them to appropriate resources. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. Experience in consultative sales, outreach, business development, event planning, and relationship management. Proven success achieving sales, enrollment, or revenue goals in a performance-driven environment. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences. Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, reporting, and presentation tools (Salesforce, Canva, Power BI). Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented professional with strong organizational and decision-making skills. Florida residents require level 2 background screening through Why Fusion?
