Location: Austin, TX | Hybrid Schedule

We're seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee design, client relationships, and project execution from concept through construction.
What You'll Do
- Lead plumbing engineering design for commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of plumbing engineering and project management experience.
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems design, codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
