Travel Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 5 PM - 5 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care for expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the labor process, ensuring the health and safety of the mother and newborn.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform and assist in procedures such as labor induction, C-sections, and other interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and newborn care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery experience.
Current certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM-C or AWHONN.
Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
Ability and willingness to precept other nurses.
